Newhaven Court at Lindwood Soup Sale provides a tasty fund-raiser

GREENSBURG, Pa. - Oct. 4, 2019 - PRLog -- Newhaven Court at Lindwood will hold its Soup Sale on Friday, October 18, with proceeds to benefit the Alzheimer's Association.

    The senior living community at 100 Freedom Way will take orders for soup until October 14. Orders may be placed via email at mbrandonio@integracare.com or by phone at 724.853.2505.

    "The Soup Sale is a great way to raise funds for a cause that is very important to our team as well as our residents and their family members," said Stacey Carr, LifeStages Director at Newhaven Court at Lindwood. "We offer a variety of soups to provide several tasty options."

    The menu will include chili, stuffed pepper, chicken noodle, ham and bean and vegetarian flavored soups. Each quart will be served with a roll. The donation is $7.

    "Our team at Newhaven Court at Lindwood takes pride in making and serving these soups," Carr said. "It truly is a group effort. In addition to those who prepare the soup, our team works hard to get the word out about this fund-raiser and help take orders."
