Nepal Telecom is set to launch the 4G network nationwide in Nepal
Nepal Telecom (NTC), the Nepal government-owned telecom company is set to launch Fourth Generation (4G) nationwide from October 2, 2019. The telecom had previously served 4G in Kathmandu and Pokhara from January 1. After rigorous testing, NTC is finally ready to launch this most awaited 4G network nationwide in the presence of Prime Minister himself here in Kathmandu. Similarly, Chief Minister of each province will be present in all the provinces, in separate programs.
What can we expect from 4G Network?
According to sources and test outcomes, the peak data speed of NTC 4G comes above 200 Mbps, which is possible with all of their highly advanced technologies. Similarly, NTC 4G will also provide high-quality voice calls.
