The widely praised initiative, led by Fortune 500 executives and C-suite leaders from academia, corporate America, industry, and large nonprofits, provides candid Group and One-on-One assessment sessions that assist in making a move to civilian C-Suites. A haven for frank conversations on life-changing career decisions, the Stars & Stripes Capstone Leadership Program includes an exchange of valuable insights and advice about career transitions.

Through exposure to business relationships, competence, and organizational cultures, candidates in the Capstone Leadership Program will interact with C-suite mentors to assess goals, define objectives and develop a strategy for achieving a successful shift from military to corporate life.
