Weight Loss & Nutritional Guidance Offered In Three November Nights In Berlin, Connecticut
The New England Hypnosis & Weight Loss Center in Berlin, Conn. will host a three-night, small group session to help individuals lose unwanted weight and obtain nutritional guidance to keep the weight off and live a healthy lifestyle.

"In early November, our center will offer three sessions to help individuals lose weight while making positive changes to their eating and exercise habits to help boost their self-esteem. By changing subconscious thoughts through hypnosis, people can lose and keep unwanted weight off. This is accomplished by combining hypnosis with highly-personalized nutritional guidance for each participant to sustain their weight loss."
New England Hypnosis & Weight Loss center will host one small group to meet Tuesdays, November 5, 12, and 19 at 7:00 PM at 1436 Berlin Turnpike in Berlin. During each session, Dr. McEvoy will offer his highly-successful program of hypnotic weight loss with individualized nutritional education.
"Our goal," Dr. McEvoy explained, "is to empower participants to take a very conscious and active role in their daily health and wellbeing. Each session will provide helpful emotional and psychological tools, eating plans, and ongoing support that resulted in a positive and practical weight-loss experience for previous program participants.
"Most weight loss studies show that hypnosis helps people change limiting beliefs into positive and sustainable beliefs for their entire lives. In just three sessions, a person's subconscious is fed positive suggestions that can be fulfilled with little effort. Instead of that person's actions working against them, their mind works for them. Hypnosis is painless and helps people eliminate their dependence on willpower and/or determination to follow through."
New England Hypnosis & Weight Loss center combines motivational hypnosis with practical, and individualized nutritional counseling. The center works with the participant's conscious and subconscious to re-program their attitudes towards food, eating, and exercise. After the last session, Dr. McEvoy assists each participant to ensure that they follow their new eating habits and lifestyle.
Program participants meet for 2 1/2 to 3 hours one evening each week. The first two weeks are devoted to hypnosis sessions to direct the subconscious to make proper food choices, overcome cravings and emotional eating, avoid foods that lead to weight gain and poor health, plus help an individual reach desired weight loss or health goals.
The final session's focus is on learning about healthy foods and portions, proper nutrients, food preparation, exercise programs that promote fat loss, blood sugar control, cardiovascular health, and muscular strength and coordination.
Dr. McEvoy explained that "The hypnosis trains a person's mind to select the proper foods and eat healthy amounts that provide feelings of being satisfied and comfortable. The eating plans we propose only recommends foods readily available in grocery stores, and participants never need to purchase any products, supplements, or shakes."
All participants receive Dr. McEvoy's electronic instruction manual, access to a private Facebook group, follow-up emails with step-by-step nutritional information for making healthy eating easy to implement and reinforce. During and after the three-session programs, Dr. McEvoy provides additional ongoing support via unlimited email and phone guidance that allows participants to present personal questions or concerns.
