Corporate Attorney Virginia Slutu Joins Royse Law Firm

MENLO PARK, Calif. - Sept. 25, 2019 - PRLog -- "We are excited to welcome attorney Virginia Slutu to our team," said Roger Royse, founder of Royse Law Firm. "Virginia's international education and experience are impressive." Slutu will practice in Royse Law Firm's Menlo Park office.

Virginia Slutu received her LL.M. in American law from Vermont Law School in 2010 and earned her LL.M. International from La Trobe University in Australia in 2008. She received her J.D.-equivalent and Master of Business Law from Cergy-Pontoise University in France in 2007 and 2009, respectively. Slutu is a licensed attorney in California and Paris. Her areas of focus within the corporate practice include startup and fund formation, financings, strategic alliances, and commercial agreements. She is also particularly versed in advising international clients.

Prior to joining Royse Law Firm, Virginia ran her solo practice in San Francisco advising clients on corporate and transactional matters. Before that, she worked in-house on legal and transactional issues in the aerospace industry, both in France and the United States. She has performed legal work on over $1 billion worth of contracts.
