Award Winning Artist Chuck Thomas Wins Songwriter of The Year

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Sept. 25, 2019 - PRLog -- Chuck Thomas is excited to announce that he has won Songwriter of the Year in the 2019 Josie Music Awards. The Josie Music Awards is one of the largest independent awards shows. This year, the Josie Music Awards received over 23,000 submissions.

In 2018, Chuck Thomas won Modern Country Song of The Year for "God Gave Me All I Need" (Chuck Thomas Songwriter). He also had the opportunity to perform the song with Kathryn Shipley, at last years' awards show.

This year, the Josie Music Awards wil honored Military Active Duty, Veterans, and their families. Chuck was chosen by Josie and Tina Passantino to write the song that past JMA winners performed. The song is called "Memories". This live performance will be recorded and then made available to the public for digital download and all proceeds will go to Military and Veteran organizations.

Most recently, he won Album of The Year "Cigarettes and Whiskey" at the 2018 NIMA Awards.

Currently, he is working on several musical collaborations.
