Local Cannabis Company Participates in Walk to End Alzheimer's

CENTRAL POINT, Ore. - Sept. 23, 2019 - PRLog -- Sun Breeze Inc., an Oregon state licensed, seed to sale medicinal herb company, will participate in Southern Oregon's 2019 Walk to End Alzheimer's for the fourth year in a row, to raise awareness and funding for the millions of people in the U.S. affected by Alzheimer's Disease (AD). The Sun Breeze Inc. team, consisting of Sunna Ra Acres, Sun God Medicinals, and Breeze Botanicals, has been fundraising and participated in the walk itself on Saturday September 21, 2019. Both Breeze Botanicals store locations have been raising funds at the register, as well as encouraging customers, patients and community members to join with them. In addition their herbal manufacturing division, Sun God Medicinals, donated 10% of capsules sales to the cause. To date they have raised $2,400.00.

Sun Breeze chose the Alzheimer's campaign because it has important and relevant meaning for its daily work. "We meet patients and family members daily who are affected by AD and other neurodegenerative conditions," explains Brie Malarkey, founder and CEO of Sun Breeze Inc. "Many of us personally know someone who lives with, or is affected by, Alzheimer's, and we want to show them we care by participating in the Alzheimer's Association's efforts to raise funds for research, care, and support of those with AD."
