By: Felinton Elder Law & Estate Planning Centers
Delray Beach, FL , September 16, 2019: Mindy Felinton, founder of Felinton Elder Law & Estate Planning Centers, has posted a new blog on her law firm's website entitled "Your Will Won't Protect Your Loved Ones From Predators And Creditors," in which Ms. Felinton lets readers know that the time is right for reviewing current wills.
Felinton assures her readers that, "Last wills and testaments are, without question, powerful documents." She elaborates adding, "Besides giving you the ability to distribute your estate, choose your heirs and appoint guardianship, a will also lets you give your most precious belongings to your favorite people." However, she goes on to add, "But a will is not an estate plan, though it may be part of your estate plan."
As Felinton points out, "I draw your attention to this because back at the end of 2017 the new tax law changed the estate tax exemptions."
