Oompah at its best!  Smell the aroma of sizzling bratwurst, and hear the cries of "Prosit!"  It must be time for OKTOBERFEST!

OKTOBERFEST is a colorful, festive celebration of New Jersey's German heritage. NJ's Best Oktoberfest & The Vendor Fair is an event of family entertainment featuring continuous German music, local vendors, and a children's fun area. Delicious food and lots of cold drinks served all day long!

Yodel on over to Forest Lodge and help 'Roll out the Barrel' at NJ's BEST Oktoberfest! Everyone's Invited!!  The celebration begins on Saturday, October 12 (rain date; Sunday, October 13).  Gates open at 11:00am! The Food & Beverage Pavilion will be open from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.

The main pavilion will keep everyone entertained all afternoon!  Live music by the Bavarian Brother's Band, this band will be sure to keep your toes tapping and singing to all your favorite songs! Throughout the afternoon and in the main pavilion you can see; German Traditional Dances, Cow Bell Ringing, Alp Horn demonstrations and more!

Bring your appetite! Of course, the best part of Forest Lodge's Oktoberfest is the hearty menu of German-American foods. And don't forget to leave room for the scrumptious German desserts!

Oktoberfest attracts many visitors just for the shopping at the Vendor Fair.  Local  vendors selling a wide range of products at the Vendor Fair at Oktoberfest!  Vendors will be selling candles, home-made crafts, jewelry, baskets, pottery, seasonal items, far too many items to list them all. It's the ideal opportunity to start your holiday shopping with many unique gift items.

Oktoberfest is great fun for the children, as well. Kids will keep busy with Amusement Rides, Carnival Booths, Inflatables, and other fun games and activities.

The admission for adults is $8.00 per person. Children under 10 years old - Free!  Admission fee to Oktoberfest includes Live Music in the Main Pavilion, Access to Vendor Fair, and Recreation Activities; Horseshoes, Ping Pong, Corn Hole, Basketball, and Badminton.
