South Carolina State University Launches Wearable Contactless Payment to Higher Ed and Alumni

The students, alumni, and faculty will leverage the wearable, physical contactless card, and mobile app backed by an FDIC insured account allowing for direct deposit, ACH, and peer to peer transfers for secure frictionless global payment, on or off campus. The Square1 Flex Enablement Platform™ enables both the user and the institution to stay connected via a complete branded solution at the tap of a wrist with university logos and colors emblazoned on the wearable, physical contactless card, and the mobile companion application. Granting members the tools at their fingertips to access and manage their accounts with any iOS or Android smart device.
