WestAir Gases & Equipment Announces Their 2nd Annual Make-A-Wish® Golf Tournament

SAN DIEGO - Sept. 6, 2019 - PRLog -- WestAir Gases & Equipment is thrilled to announce their upcoming 2nd annual Charity Golf Tournament, benefiting Make-A-Wish San Diego, on September 19, 2019. By supporting Make-A-Wish, the charity tournament will help children with critical illnesses enjoy life-changing wishes.

Following the incredible success of the event in 2018, it was clear that it would be necessary to repeat the event in order to increase the positive influence that WestAir is able to have on the local community. "We're lucky to be part of a group of employees, vendors, and customers who truly appreciate the value of organizations like Make-A-Wish. When the opportunity to hold the tournament again presented itself, we knew there was no way we could let it, or its potential impact, pass," said WestAir CEO, Steve Castiglione.

The tournament will be held on September 19th, at the Coronado Golf Course in San Diego, California. A number of local and national companies will be involved in the tournament; with the clear expectation in mind of generating donations to Make-A-Wish San Diego. The tournament will also feature a silent auction and dinner from which all proceeds will be donated to the charity. This, in conjunction with sponsorship fees from both players and participating businesses, will hopefully empower WestAir to affect positive change for both the organization and the children that it supports. This year's goal is to surpass last years donation of $25,000.
