Alter Domus Names Joanne Ferris As New Chief Human Resources Officer

LUXEMBOURG - Sept. 6, 2019 - PRLog -- Alter Domus, a fully integrated Fund and Corporate services provider, today announces that Joanne Ferris has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of the Alter Domus Group. Joanne will be responsible for Alter Domus' human resources' departments across the globe and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Aidan Connolly. Joanne will also become a member of the Group Executive Board.

Joanne's career began with twenty years in the banking sector before making the transition to Human Resources. She joins Alter Domus from Babylon Health, a young health-tech organisation with a mission to make healthcare affordable and accessible to the planet.  Prior to this, she was the Interim Group HR Director for easyJet, Group Director for People, Culture and Communications at Primark, and Head of Human Resources, Customers and Distribution at Allied Irish Banks. Originally from Australia, Joanne is a graduate from the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney in Mathematics, Science and Psychology.

Joanne replaces Dimitri Davreux, who is leaving Alter Domus to take on further challenges. Dimitri joined Alter Domus in July 2011 and was a key player in a period of extraordinary growth and success for the company. He will stay on in the short-term to assist Joanne with her transition into the role.
