Community-Wide Senior Adult Revival

Lizella Baptist Church is hosting a community-wide Senior Adult Revival September 30 – October 2, 2019 with services at 10 AM daily, featuring special music and a different guest speaker each day.  The doors open at 9 AM for seating, and light refreshments will be served prior to worship.

Guest speakers include on Monday, Rev. Mike Stone, prior President for the Georgia Baptist Convention & pastor of Emmanuel Baptist in Blackshear.  On Tuesday, Dr. J. Gerald Harris, an author, as well as former president of both Southeastern Baptist Seminary and the Georgia Baptist Convention.  Wednesday, Rev. Bryant Wright of Johnson Ferry Baptist in Marietta will speak.  Special music by Rev. Dwayne Moore will uplift and inspire daily.  Although there is no cost to attend, a love offering will be collected.

Lizella Baptist Church has a vibrant senior adult ministry, aptly named Golden Fellowship, of which, members will act as hosts for the revival.  This group typically meets for a day trip on the 2^nd Thursday and for a fellowship luncheon on the 3^rd Tuesday monthly.  Additional extended excursions are planned annually.  Adults age 55 and up are welcome.

Lizella Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist Convention congregation worshiping on Sundays at 8:30 AM, 11 AM, and 6 PM, as well as mid-week on Wednesdays at 6:15 PM, with discipleship and service opportunities for all ages and generations.  Details on other upcoming events can be found online at www.lizellabaptist.net.
