Indian-American, Dutch Digital Series 'Amsterdam Ave' Premiering Sept. 12 at Scholastic HQ in NYC

NEW YORK - Sept. 4, 2019 - PRLog -- The world premiere of the international digital series Amsterdam Ave will be on Thursday, September 12 from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. at the historic Scholastic HQ building in SoHo. RSVP link below.

Amsterdam Ave follows two young women, one Indian-American and one Dutch, who switch places after meeting online – each leaving home to pursue their dreams abroad. Created by international female filmmakers, Dionne van den Berg and Pooja Tripathi, who also star in the seres, Amsterdam Ave is about cultural identity, taking risks, and finding yourself through the awkward and exciting experience of acclimating in a new country.

This is a completely free event, and the screening will share the first two episodes of the series, followed by a discussion and Q&A moderated by event hosts, Ladies Get Paid. Ladies Get Paid and their team are dedicated to helping women thrive at work.
