Trissential Names Thom Homann as Director, Customer Enablement & Success

Thom is an Executive Technology Leader who brings 20+ years of experience in building bridges between technology and business strategies. He has achieved success through his experience in data management, infrastructure, program management, business engagement, application development and technology operations.

Thom has spent his career helping organizations align, transform, and deliver technology services and products. He is skilled in creating solutions that drive operational efficiencies, cost reductions, and organizational capabilities. Through Thom's innovative and collaborative approach, he is able to leverage situational, facilitative, servant and transformational leadership principles to maximize the impact of IT. Prior to taking this Director role, Thom was Head of the Data Office at CIT Bank, where he was responsible for partnering directly with the business to define and execute an Enterprise Data Management Program. He has also held various senior IT roles with AIG, Travel Guard, and Oshkosh Corporation. Thom attended Marquette University, earning a bachelor's degree in History. Originally from Wisconsin, Thom has lived in the Dallas area for the last seven years.
