SINGAPORE - Sept. 4, 2019 - PRLog -- Consilium Software, a world-leading provider of enterprise software for unified communications (UC) and contact centers, today announced the general availability of UniCampaign™ 7.0, the most significant new release of outbound list and campaign management software for Cisco contact centers.

The latest release was almost a year in the making, during which Consilium worked with key customers to understand how they wanted to create data-driven rules, based on customer profile and propensity modeling, data on digital interaction preferences, and insights from several external data sources such as CRMs and social media.  The new 7.0 release of UniCampaign™ powers the generation of targeted and contextually relevant outreach across voice and digital channels.  UniCampaign™ not only simplifies and automates outbound contact, but provides an entire canvass to communicate with customers, whether it is for sales through web or social media campaigns, deepening loyalty, improving cross-sell purchases, or debt collections.

Key new features in UniCampaign™ include calling list rechurning, prioritization and real-time re-prioritization of calling lists, real-time control over calling list status including holding back dialing of records already in the Cisco dialer, appending contacts to existing calling lists, business-defined threshold conditions at the campaign level, and multi-level filters to allow managers to define complex, rule-based contact strategies.

First launched in 2014, UniCampaign™ has been implemented at government, service provider, education, manufacturing and banking customers across the Asia Pacific, Europe and Americas, with the largest systems running over a thousand outbound agents each.  Consilium UniCampaign™ is compatible with all Cisco contact center solutions and is sold by Cisco Systems, Inc. globally, being available on the Cisco Global Price List (GPL) under the Cisco SolutionsPlus program.
