Alter Domus Names Therese Wijnen As New Country Executive For The Netherlands

LUXEMBOURG - Sept. 2, 2019 - PRLog -- Alter Domus, a fully integrated Fund and Corporate services provider, today announces that Therese Wijnen has been appointed Country Executive for the Netherlands. Therese will be responsible for Alter Domus' activities in the Netherlands, and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Strategy and EMEA, George Rologis.

Prior to joining Alter Domus, Therese worked for TMF Group, initially as Global Managing Director of Structured Finance Services, where she developed this business from scratch and grew it into a global corporate service provider for SPVs. Following this, she became Senior Legal Counsel, then ultimately Global Head of Directorship Services. In her last role at TMF, Therese was responsible for risk mitigation of directorships and optimising business opportunities, implementing a global strategy for directorship services to client entities.
