For the fourth time already, Dr. Schumacher joins other companies at the ICPIC in Geneva

MALSFELD, Germany - Aug. 29, 2019 - PRLog -- Dr. Schumacher will participate in the 5th International Conference on Prevention & Infection Control (ICPIC) in Geneva/Switzerland from September 10th to 13th 2019 – celebrating the 10-year anniversary of ICPIC at the International Conference Center in Geneva, just next to the Place des Nations.

The ICPIC offers a unique forum for participants to exchange both their knowledge and experience in the prevention of healthcare-associated infections and control of antimicrobial resistance around the world.

As a sponsor of the conference, Dr. Schumacher will share its latest insights during the scientific program. We welcome all visitors to our English symposium, moderated by Dr. med. Johannes Tatzel in Room 4, Ground Level on Thursday, September 12th from 16:30 – 18:00 pm.

Under the header "Sporicidal and virucidal efficacy in the near patient area. What is really necessary?" the two following lectures will be given.

The topic  "Current and future developments in sporicidal activity of biocides?" will be presented by Dr. med. univ. Sebastian Werner, Executive Partner of HygCen Germany GmbH and Medical Specialist for Hygiene & Environmental Medicine in Schwerin.

"What does limited spectrum virucidal efficacy mean for patient safety?" will be discussed by PD Dr. med. Maren Eggers, Medical Virologist GfV, Labor Enders MVZ GbR in Stuttgart.
