Anastasiia Tsarenko - Community Psychologist - specializes in governmental policy-making and community interventions.
Noopur Thatte - Career Guidance and HR Consultant - primarily focuses on helping people to enter the labor market. She uses her authenticity in combination with an insiders knowledge of HR field to help people achieve their career goals.
Pritama Sarkar - Individual Brand Expert - uses her background to help people build their personal brands and make them more employable and better paid.
Oleksii Shevtsov - Technical Support Specialist - in the epoch of digitalization, Oleksii helps Perform On Top and its members in developing and implementing technical strategies and solutions.
2. Perform On Top among the Leaders.
Perform On Top started its self-identification by taking a proactive role in organizing the largest and the most comprehensive community psychology conference in the world SCRA2019. The biennial SCRA (Society for Community Research and Action) tradition started in 1987, and in Summer 2019 Anastasiia Tsarenko, the Founder of Perform On Top, got on board as an organizing committee member for the conference SCRA2019.

In June 2019 Perform on Top facilitated the Three-Day-Long Community Psychology Presentation Marathon hosted by National Louis University in Chicago.

Perform on Top conducted a discussion at Northwestern University, Chicago, on questions related to the idea of success. Aspects of work-life balance, self-actualization, and meaningful relationships were covered. The results were fascinating and unexpected!
