PARIS - Aug. 22, 2019 - PRLog -- My golden rule is to always remove makeup before going to sleep. I don't wear makeup in everyday life, but there is a lot of it during photoshoots, so the skin gets tired. Sometimes you are too lazy to remove your makeup or have no time, but there should be no exceptions. By the way, after I remove my makeup with a special product, I wash my face with warm water one more time. Once a week or two weeks I use a face scrub – it's essential to clean and exfoliate dead skin cells.

I also take care of the skin around my eyes. Although I hardly ever use skin care products, or apply face masks, or use tons of creams, there is one exception: I do use products for skin around my eyes. I also use under-eye patches before big events. Good patches really work: they remove dark circles under eyes, puffy eyes, and other signs of fatigue.

I think it's very important to use the right makeup for your skin type. I hardly ever use skin care products, but those few products that I'm using are vigorously tested. And this is not the matter of price. For example, my ideal scrub costs just one euro.

Don't forget to eat healthy food and take care of your health! It's true that breakouts on your face are sometimes caused by diseases. For example, if you have a sweet tooth, you may have acne and breakouts. I don't keep to a strict diet and eat both meat and sweets, but you must know when you should stop eating. I advise you to have dinner about 5 hours before going to sleep so that you don't overload your stomach. I hardly eat anything for breakfast, but have a big lunch. For lunch I eat everything I want.

Always try to make time for exercise. It can be swimming or yoga. If you don't want to work out, you can opt for dancing or ice skating. I've been doing figure skating my whole life, and now I'm trying to go to the skating rink several times a week.

Walk as much as you can – you cannot imagine how healthy it is. If you walk for 30 minutes every day, you will tone your muscles, lower your blood pressure, improve your mood, lose weight, build healthy bones, and reduce the risk of diabetes and respiratory illnesses.

Don't think that keeping regular hours is only for kids. I wake up pretty early to take my daughter to school and do my best to go to sleep before midnight and approximately at the same time if there are no photoshoots or events. By going to sleep and waking up at the same time every day, you'll feel far more refreshed and energetic, rather than if you don't keep regular hours.

And finally, reduce stress in your life and try to always be positive. This is the main thing!
