Sai continues: "My Head Chef, Shimul Ahmed, his kitchen brigade and the front-of house team all work so hard to deliver an authentic and contemporary Indian dining experience seven days a week, using only the freshest, high quality ingredients.

Sai finished: "It's great honour to be recognised and I would like to thank my team for their hard work and our customers who've inspired us to keep improving and experimenting.
