DECATUR, Ga. - Aug. 15, 2019 - PRLog -- Dr. Sabrina Scott talks about the unknown expiration dates for human beings and the importance of having a flexible financial plan that takes into account a variety of potential outcomes in order to provide the requisite long-term care.

DECATUR, GA, August 15, 2019: Dr. Sabrina Scott, co-founder of Red Feather Financial, has posted a new article on the firm's website entitled "Expiration Dates," in which Dr. Scott expounds on what is currently known about certain prescription medications and the lives of human being.

As Dr. Scott points out, "According to a health.com article (https://www.health.com/home/expired-medicine), while not all prescription medications are dangerous after their expiration date, certain medications must never be taken post expiration date."  Dr. Scott also acknowledges that, "Proper storage of prescription medications is also important. Most require storage in a cool, dry place such as the refrigerator."

"What about human expiration dates?" Dr. Scott asks.

"According to a 2017 article (https://time.com/4835763/how-long-can-humans-live/) published by Time.com," writes Dr. Scott, "there are some scientists and researchers who believe we don't really know how long humans are designed to live, and that we are constantly expanding our lifespans. While there are others who believe our maximum lifespan will only take us to 115 – 120 years of age. Currently that 115- 120 age seems to be the point that the brain and body give out."

About Dr. Sabrina Scott

Sabrina Scott learned about Veterans Benefits and Medicaid when her parents sought legal services for long-term care. Confident she could find ways to preserve her family's resources and still get access to Government Assistance, Sabrina felt there should be more options than relying on welfare. As a result, Dr. Scott became an investment advisor representative who can make recommendations regarding securities and became licensed in insurance as well. She co-founded Red Feather Financial with Victoria Collier to help those who want to have a plan in place in order not to outlive their resources and who do not want to be a burden to their children.
