Garden City Realty recognizes its Agent of the Month

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Aug. 14, 2019 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate firm, is pleased to announce that June Hiller is the Top Listing Agent and Drew Dellinger is the Top Selling Agent of July.

The Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS ranks June Hiller within the top 23 percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market in 2018. Additionally, she was named the firm's top Selling Agent in June. Year-to-date, Hiller ranks within the top 16 percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market. She was the firm's top Selling Agent in May.

Hiller has been with Garden City Realty since 2001 and specializes in resort, vacation home and residential markets throughout the Grand Strand.  She is a 2004 graduate of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS leadership program and earned the Resort and Second-Home Market Specialist (RSPS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. Year-to-date Dellinger ranks within the top one percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market and is the firm's top Selling Agent for March and April, June, and second quarter as well as the top Listing Agent for April and second quarter.
