Mark Spain Real Estate's 2018 Sales Earn No. 1 on America's Best Agents List for Georgia

ATLANTA - Aug. 8, 2019 - PRLog -- The 2019 America's Best Agents ranking is based on 2018 gross real estate sales or total closed transactions and is divided first by state, then by teams or individual agents. Mark Spain Real Estate took top team honors for Georgia in both categories. Mark Spain Real Estate achieved 2,748 transactions in 2018, with gross sales of $702 million. They were the only team in Georgia with closed transactions in the four-digit range. On average, Mark Spain Real Estate sold 10.5 homes per business day in 2018.

The Thousand list, a ranking of the top 1,000 U.S. agents and teams, was announced by REAL Trends in June and published in The Wall Street Journal. On it, Mark Spain Real Estate was named the No. 1 real estate team in the United States, making this the second straight year as No. 1.

It is based solely on calendar year real estate sales. This group of highly successful real estate agents represents the top half of 1 percent of 1.4 million agents in the United States.
