Ocean Grove - Victoria - Australia

OCEAN GROVE, Australia - Aug. 7, 2019 - PRLog -- Working Mind, one of Australia's leading providers of resilience and stress management training, has updated their app. The app is a companion resource to the company's well-respected Master Your Mind resilience training course. The app is available on Google Play and the App Store for participants in the course.

The Master Your Mind program is focused on building resilience to stressful situations. The program comes in three variants for every type of client, with a one day, five module package being one of the best offers. There's also a half-day intensive and a two x half day option aimed at those clients for whom taking a whole day out of their schedule is a challenge.

Whichever course is chosen, Working Mind promises that the programs will educate participants about what resilience is and why it's important. They focus on how to build resilience using a range of everyday, practical techniques and strategies, as well as providing awesome take-away resources that support the personal development of resilience in the long term. Those resources include access to the free app.

The app is filled with resources, from MP3's, to workbooks, to additional research on the benefits of resilience. By the time everything is done, participants will be able to walk away from the class completely at ease, armed with techniques to make them better able to deal with change and, as a result, be more productive workers. They will be more resilient and receptive to change, more productive and better able to handle whatever challenges come their way.

Working Mind is a provider of resilience training and programs to Australia's business and government sectors. Delivering training in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane, the company helps their clients learn to recognise symptoms of burnout, workplace stress, and resistance to change. Once the problems are recognised, they work to help participants become more resilient to the changes that happen around them.
