WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Aug. 4, 2019 - PRLog -- Chef Roderick "Rod" brings over two decades of experience managing high-volume, full-service restaurants with catering services varying from fine-dining, buffet and plated dishes.  As the Director of Food & Beverage of an award-winning local hotel and most recently, a distinguished country club, Rod has led a variety of multi-million dollar establishments. Though trained in the culinary arts, he learned Filipino cooking from a close family friend and said that he has loved collaborating with the team.  His positive personality, work ethic and team spirit are a great fit for this family owned, local restaurant.
