Home Furnishings Business recognizes El Dorado Furniture in "40 Under 40" Leadership Recognition!

This national program recognizes young professionals in the home furnishings industry who serves as leaders for their organizations and highlights their accomplishments throughout their careers.

Melissa Alonso, was selected amongst 40 in the nation for the recognition program. She began her career at El Dorado Furniture back in 2013 as a Public Relations and Events Coordinator and is currently the Public Relations Specialist. She's responsible for Internal and External Public Relations for the company and she serves as a representative and public speaker of El Dorado Furniture to mass audiences. She also works with the community and helps create awareness of El Dorado Furniture, portraying the company in its best light with its mission, principles and core values.

Miguel Valle, who began his career in 2005 as a Sales Associate and serves today as the General Sales Leader of El Dorado Furniture, was also selected as one of the 40 individuals for this special recognition. In Miguel's current role, he directs and supports the Sales Teams of all El Dorado Furniture showrooms, along with overseeing sales plans, and overall customer experience. He also recruits and trains employees and is a Certified Instructor at the El Dorado Furniture University and mentors Sales Associates and Showroom Sales Leaders.
