The success stories from previous New Media Film Festivals continue to draw in and inspire contestants year round. It is a continuous encouragement to witness the impressive achievements accomplished by recipients, audience members, and participants of the festival. Brian Beacock's McCracken Live! After winning Best LGBT at 2nd New Media Film Festival, Beacock' web series, Acting Dead, went on to win an Emmy and Indie Series award.
