NEW CANAAN, Conn. - July 30, 2019 - PRLog -- "Before starting this 3-month assignment I don't think anyone on Moviegazoo's Creative Team knew what to expect?  But after watching more than 50 movies (Classic & Recent Films) a pattern started to take shape. So, we started asking our members to tell us the type of cars they saw in the movies they watched.  We wanted to know the type of car the main character drove, and Genres.  More than 200,000 people signed up for our survey but we had to reduced this number to 10,000 in order to stay within our 3-month time-frame," said Joanne G. Whaley, Senior Vice President of Events and Content for Moviegazoo.

"Oscar Wilde once wrote 'Life imitates Art far more than Art imitates Life'.   And  in a strange way the car a Drug Dealer, Pimp and White-Collar Criminal buys is still a mystery.  But the cars we see them driving in the movies, is not!"

Now I started my day with the task of watching Steve McQueen's 1968 Bullitt movie.  And I have to say watching Steve McQueen in Bullitt was an absolute treat and the car chase that I believe placed Ford Mustang and Dodge Charger on everyone's SPORTS CAR RADAR.   I started watching "Bullitt" with just two other people and before I could close the door and turn off the lights I had more than 80 people in the Moviegazoo Screening Room passing popcorn around!   No matter how many times you see a classic film you always see something new or different that you didn't see the last time you watched it.

While product placement can be a double edge sword, most Auto Companies will jump at the opportunity to place their vehicles in a film that has the potential to become a classic or a hit at the box office.   And on opening day that is when LIFE STARTS TO IMITATE ART…

Now the Best Make-out SUV forced us to be a little creative because there wasn't a lot of data to base an opinion on. Most "Make-out" scenes in the 3000 movies that our Members and Creative Team saw were shot in a Sports Car or Sedan.   So, we had to put our complete Creative Team to work as guinea pigs.   Even me and my wife took one for the team and spent a night in all of the SUV's outlined above.  And to keep things PG Rated let me just say we did things that we haven't done since college!   And yes, size does matter!  While Chevrolet Suburban offered the most space, the Lincoln Navigator was like a 5-star hotel on wheels.  No matter where we sat, we were able to go beyond the mindset that we were sitting in a SUV, Talking, Watching Netflix, Calling Friends.  We even had Uber Eats deliver food to the Lincoln Navigator and Chevrolet Tahoe we spent the night in.  But the best part of our stay in the Lincoln Navigator is when we folded all the seats down and just laid there looking up at the stars, talking about all the things we got right with our kids.  Out of the 150 Couples that slept in the vehicles, 110 couples selected the Lincoln Navigator as the Best Overall Make-out SUV.  Only Moviegazoo's Creative Team slept in the vehicles; and 3 Sets of vehicles were purchased for our research.

We asked Spincapp Media to assist us on shaping our survey.   We wanted to stay away from how fast a car goes and focus on what real people do in their Cars, Trucks & SUVs & what they buy. When I told my Creative Team the subject matter for the survey you could hear a pin drop!  I close the meeting with a simple question: Do you know how many people was conceived in the backseat of their parent's car? stated Vince Charles Allen Moulterie II, Founder and Chief Creative Officer for Moviegazoo.
