Startup Scoop: VCs Playing for Data Analytics, Collection, Ingestion, Storage and Analysis

NEW YORK - July 24, 2019 - PRLog -- Enterprises are struggling with enormous volumes of data, in a myriad of different formats from an ever-increasing number of sources. They desperately need a way to integrate disparate data sources across the enterprise into a unified analytics infrastructure to make better decisions.

In today's episode of "StartUp Scoop", QOMPLX provides customers with a data-driven "experience", CircleCI doubles-down on solving the core problems of continuous integration and continuous delivery, while Arrcus pushed forward with its mission of delivering networking innovations and solutions that provide a single, unified architecture.

In our lead story, QOMPLX, a Reston, Virginia-based intelligent decision platform provider, has raised $78.6M.

QOMPLX is leveraging foundational capabilities ranging from data handling, analytics, and reporting to advanced algorithms, simulations, and machine learning to help companies see their world differently and in greater detail.

QOMPLX's analysis tools are designed to deliver decision-making capability. The goals of the company's technology ecosystem and integration layer are to provide customers with a true data-driven experience and better decision-making.

"This investment strengthens our ability to work with enterprises that are struggling to integrate many disparate point solutions into something that allows them to make better decisions," said Jason Crabtree, CEO at QOMPLX.

In other news, CircleCI, a San Francisco-based platform for software innovation at scale, closed a $56m Series D funding.

In a nutshell, the company's tech allows teams to rapidly release code by automating the build, test, and delivery process.

"The developer tools space is growing incredibly quickly" said the company. "There is a huge opportunity for companies that can meet the needs of both developers and large companies, and we plan to do just that."

Meanwhile, data center, cloud-to-edge and 5G solutions, and the information revolution are all accelerating broad-based infrastructure upgrade cycles that require flexible, massively-scalable, and highly cost-efficient routing-centric networking solutions.

At least that's the market San Jose-based Arrcus sees for its scalable, and secure routing-centric network transformation-based solutions.

To meet its growth goals the company has raised $30M.

Arrcus is delivering networking innovations and solutions that provide a single, unified architecture across physical, virtual, and cloud network environments while delivering operational flexibility, superior performance, and security.
