Dr Dallas Stout Garners $750,000 Grant for Orange County Youth

FULLERTON, Calif. - July 23, 2019 - PRLog -- Doctors Dallas and Debra Stout, of DoctorS Nonprofit Consulting, were pleased to learn today that a 3-year, $750,000 grant they wrote for the Boys & Girls Club of Westminster has been funded by the State of California.

The 21^st Century High School After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens (ASSETs) Program grant for the Boys and Girls Club of Westminster was specifically designed to impact 5 core areas, Academic Assistance, Enrichment, Family Literacy Services, Nutritious Snack, and Physical Activity. The goal of this program design is to provide a wide variety of age and grade level appropriate strategies and activities that are evidence based and linked to program goals. This will be accomplished by hands on, student-centered enrichment activities that incorporate and combine academics, youth development, and recreational learning. "The Boys and Girls Club of Westminster was one of our earliest clients 15 years ago when we founded this business", said Dr. Dallas Stout, "We are so very pleased to have helped to bring these much needed resources to their community in our County."

Drs. Dallas and Debra Stout specialize in the needs of Orange County non profit agencies. Their combined background of over 50 years working in the Southern California non-profit, business, education, management and coalition-building environments at all levels gives them a unique perspective. Because of their visible commitment and involvement in the fields of troubled youth, violence and gang prevention, the prevention and treatment of substance abuse and homelessness related issues, the Stouts are widely regarded as countywide leaders in these causes.

The Stouts provide a broad array of consultation services to non-profit and grassroots groups, coalitions, and agencies throughout Orange County. They specialize in all aspects of research including program evaluation as well as program design and grant writing. They are also available for staff or volunteer training and public speaking requests.

Both are on the faculty at California State University Fullerton and Ashford University. Dr. Dallas Stout also served on the faculty of Brigham Young University, Idaho.
