THRIVE Women's Leadership Conference Aims To Encourage & Educate Women Leaders Of All Types

HOUSTON - July 23, 2019 - PRLog -- Less than five percent of Fortune 500 Companies had women CEO's in 2018. This year, eighteen percent of governors in the United States are women. This number matches, but does not top, the all-time high. In entrepreneurship, where women lead overall, numbers show that women lag behind in revenue, employment, seeking funding and aggressive growth. These stats paint a picture that echoes the sentiment that clients, friends, and colleagues repeatedly approached Sheika Petteway with. "Women are hungry for more leadership," says Petteway. A successful entrepreneur turned strategist, Sheika kept hearing this key concern from her women clients.
