Zinda Law Group filed a Lawsuit Against Luxer Motors and Farhad Moraveg on Behalf of the Family of Fort Bliss Soldier

EL PASO, Texas - July 22, 2019 - PRLog -- Zinda Law Group filed a lawsuit against Luxer Motors and its employee, Farhad Moraveg, on behalf of the family of Readus Moore, Jr., a US Army serviceman who lost his life in a car wreck in July 2019. (Cause Number: 2019DCV2537, Court: El Paso County District Court, 384th Judicial District)

On July 1, 2019, Farhad Moraveg was driving an SUV out of the Luxer Motors car lot on Montana Avenue.  Moraveg lost control of the SUV as he turned onto Montana Avenue and drove into the building on the Superstar Motors car lot, striking and killing Moore.

Moore is survived by his mother, Judy Appling, and his one-year-old son, Jaylon.
