-- For over 60 years builders of large building complexes have hired construction managers to help supervise the construction of these projects. A remediation project is not that different from a general construction project . Saving the client money and management of the contract are the sole objectives. However in the remediation world there is a likely a mountain of change orders and it takes a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to understand the remediation and the scope of the remediation to provide a third party opinion regarding project extras. Some remediation companies purposely provide a lower initial price to win the bid and then count on change orders to make their money. It is not on common for LSRP Project Manager to save the client 20-25 % on average from prudent management practices. If a remediation site has multiple areas of concern it may be difficult for a property owner to manage this project with non LSRP's performing the project management/oversite duties. A remediation LSRP project manager takes the guess work out of
completing a medium to large remediation project on time and under budget. Environmental Systems has over 25 years providing construction management services to the building industry.
