The Loftin Firm, P.C., Announces Name Change, Relocation

CARLSBAD, Calif. - July 18, 2019 - PRLog -- L. Sue Loftin, founding shareholder of The Loftin Firm, P.C., a Carlsbad-based civil real estate and business law practice, announced this week that the firm will officially change its name to Loftin | Bedell as of July 26.

Loftin explained that the name change is in recognition of the exceptional contributions of significant shareholder, Ariel Bedell, who has been associated with the firm since 1996 and has served as an attorney at the firm since 2003.

"The firm is making a new commitment to the future by recognizing the expertise Ariel provides especially in the areas of taxation law and in becoming one of the first LEED Certified attorneys in San Diego County," Loftin stated.

As Loftin | Bedell, the law firm will provide the same excellent representation and expanded services building on a 39-year legacy of providing clients with creative solutions, dedication and guidance.  The law firm has evolved over the years from a primary emphasis on mobile home park law to a focus on a broad range of services related to real estate and corporate law including the ability to create and assist with opportunities on the transaction side and to protect clients with litigation services.

"The firm is expanding all services but specifically our services in the commercial nonprofit sector," Loftin noted.

Ariel will continue to be responsible for guiding clients with commercial real estate transactions, business planning and operations, nonprofit formation and operation, estate planning and as outside general counsel relating to the ownership and operation of business and real estate.

Sue will continue her role as general counsel to clients in real estate and business transactions and litigation including overseeing land use entitlements and specialty mapping, obtaining permits to operate, subdividing easements and title issues especially in the firm's specialty area of mobile home parks.

The law firm also announced this week that, effective July 26, The Loftin Firm, now Loftin | Bedell, will relocate to new offices at 2540 Gateway Road, Carlsbad, California (in Bressi Ranch).

The phone numbers and contact information will remain the same. An updated Website address and new E-mail addresses will be announced, but all current E-mail addresses will continue to operate concurrently to provide clients with a smooth transition.
