FRESNO, Calif. - July 17, 2019 - PRLog -- The State Bar has been asked to disbar attorney Cheryl "Bigot" Browns (Cal. Lic. No. 172533,) due to criminal civil rights violations. According to the Fresno County Sheriff, attorney Cheryl "Bigot" Browns directed them to arrest a black female doctor, who was sitting quietly in a public court hearing, where she was the only black person present. "It appears she was being arrested for merely being black," stated a witness. A witness also pointed out, "The doctor was the only black person in court; was clearly treated with hostility; and treated differently than others." Others described attorney Browns as "throwing a temper tantrum like a child and jumping up from the bench," when the black doctor entered her objection.

Legal Expert Lisa Chin stated, "A history of racist behavior is grounds for disbarment. Litigants have the right to object and/or file appeals. A pro tem judge 'throwing a temper tantrum,' may be a sign of instability or substance abuse, which would also support disbarment."

Indeed, the black doctor, who has been identified as Dr. Glass, said when attorney Browns first jumped up from her bench, while throwing a temper tantrum, "I was afraid she might attack me." Sheriff Deputy M. Belloli was recorded admitting, he had assaulted and falsely arrested Dr. Glass at the mere instruction of attorney Browns. Deputy Belloli also admitted, "She [Dr. Glass] was the only black person in the court," and "I witnessed her just sitting there quietly, by herself, and not talking."

Numerous witnesses have stated, "Dr. Glass only spoke when her case was called, and it was her turn to speak. The judge threw a temper tantrum, when Dr. Glass said she would appeal." Legal Expert Chin went on to point out, "One is under no obligation to agree with a judge. If a judge is retaliating because someone is appealing, then that judge 'must' be investigated for criminal civil rights violations." Ms. Chin concluded, "Who knows how many people may have been scared or bullied into giving up their rights by attorney Browns' criminal civil rights violations?"

Karen Johnson, a former federal prosecutor commented, "Denying the public access to the courts, and excluding them from public hearings, is unconstitutional, and could be found to constitute a criminal civil rights violation. Fortunately, the F.B.I. and A.C.L.U., are investigating this matter, and ensuring that no other members of the public are harmed, or have their rights violated in a Fresno Court."
