Shelley Grierson up for inaugural #MsGreatBritain Competition
Space Between Director of Marketing Representing the South East in the First Ever Competition.
By: Miss Great Britain
After having met the former Miss Congo UK via Linkedin, she was drawn to the idea due to the recent changes in rules, supporting women of older ages into the competition. Outside of her work at Space Between, Shelley is a mentor for young women in business, as founded #LinkedinLadies networking group in Kent.
"Anything I can do to lead by example for challenging yourself or stereotypes, I am happy to be a part of" she says. The winner will be selected from effort over the next 6 months in PR, social work and charity fundraising. The official charities this year are Cancer Research UK and Alex's Wish. It is the 75th anniversary of the Miss Great Britain Competition this year, making the inaugural 'Ms' category that much more meaningful.
Wishing her the best of luck from all of #TeamSpaceBetween and we will keep you posted on results after the televised finale in February!
