Federal Panel Hears JF Microtechnology's Appeal

WASHINGTON - July 12, 2019 - PRLog -- On July 10, 2019, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Washington DC, heard oral argument regarding the appeal of the patent infringement suit won by Johnstech International Corp. against JF Microtechnology SDN BHD, Malaysia.  A California federal court awarded Johnstech $1.5 million in damages following a September 2016 jury verdict.[1]  A ruling from the appellate court is expected within the next 2-3 months. 2
