AFEA Expands by Adding Chapter in Novi, MI

Leader in Financial Education Continues to Expand Their Reach
 
NOVI, Mich. - July 10, 2019 - PRLog -- The American Financial Education Alliance (AFEA) is dedicated to providing financial education and increasing financial literacy within communities all over the country. Today, the Board of Directors has chosen to continue to do just that, by unanimously voting William Johnson as the new Chapter President of AFEA's Novi, MI #4699 chapter.

Will is White Pine Investment Company's Business Development Officer and the Novi, MI AFEA chapter president. He brings 15 years of experience to the position and has most recently worked as Vice President – Financial Consultant for Charles Schwab where he partnered with High Net Worth families to assist with various aspects of financial planning including Retirement Planning, Investment Management, Charitable Giving & Estate, and Trustee Services. Will chose to join White Pine due to his desire to be part of a team focused on developing strong personal relationships with their clients and helping them link their financial goals to their personal hopes and dreams.

Will has a B.B.A. in Finance from Eastern Michigan University as well as a Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP). As a CFP he is accredited to work with clients to develop and maintain a comprehensive Retirement and Investment Plan.

Will and his family are actively involved at Oak Pointe Church where they lead a small Bible study as well as at a variety of nonprofits including Central Detroit Christian, Life Remodeled, United Cerebral Palsy, and Hospitality House. When Will isn't attending his daughters' many activities, he enjoys golfing and spending as much time as possible on the lake enjoying Michigan summers!
