JOHANNESBURG, South Africa - July 11, 2019 - PRLog -- Africa's most advanced economy is also potentially its loneliest. That's according to Destiny Lifestyle Club founder, Michael Chiole, who says that along with SA's envious position as a mixed, services-based economy come social ills, including loneliness.

"Maturing economies where more people are better off compared to their parents tend to have more people living in relative isolation," says the Johannesburg entrepreneur. The situation is particularly dire in those parts of the country where relative wealth combined with the fear of violent crime combine to trap millions of South Africans in gilded cages.

From divorce to emigration, the reasons for loneliness are varied. And so are the solutions, explains Mr Chiole. "Destiny Lifestyle Club has developed a three-pronged approach to tackling South Africa's current loneliness epidemic which is particularly unfortunate considering we should all be celebrating a quarter century of freedom."

Mr Chiole's newly-launched concept is built on activity-based social interaction, wealth creation and social responsibility-based outreach programmes. Loneliness is an epidemic experienced worldwide - perplexingly - by people in countries that are materially better off. "By providing a safe haven where people of all ages can get together to work on their 'bucket lists', we plan to help build a happier, more inclusive South Africa," says Mr Chiole. He adds that the club is currently building its base of some 600 charter members.

In practical terms; the above may involve day trips or weekends away to experience the best the country has to offer, guided sporting events, hosted evening activities and more. Destiny Lifestyle Club will also seek out and present interesting business opportunities to members, as well as help members make a positive difference within their communities.

"We aim to create a lifestyle of abundance and prosperity that enables more South Africans to take their rightful place alongside other involved, included, successful and fulfilled people," he says. Mr Chiole concludes: "As South Africa's democracy proves, we're better - together."

Destiny Lifestyle Club provides subscription-based packages to cater for the diverse needs of South Africans interested in a more rewarding life experience.
