FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. - July 8, 2019 - PRLog -- Integrative Medical Centers Holdings, Inc. (IMC) is moving forward with its rapid growth initiatives, as previously announced.

For June 2019, IMC reports the following:

• Acquisition of Peak Potential Integrative Medical Center in N. Palm Beach, FL – renamed clinic as "Integrative Medical Centers."
• Acquisition of Health & Rehab Center of the Palm Beaches,
• Acquisition of Optimal Function Integrative Medicine in Delray Beach, FL
• In negotiations to acquire an Integrative Rehab & Physical Therapy practice in Miami, FL. We will announce the closing when we have a date.
