Appetizer: Braised Shortrib Flatbread

Prime braised shortrib with pickled red onion, goat cheese and basil oil drizzle. $18.

Pasta: Lobster Mac & Cheese

Maine lobster meat tossed with house made macaroni and four cheese sauce, topped with toasted parmesan bread crumbs. $34.

Beef: Risotto di Manzo

All natural beef tenderloin risotto with English peas in a creamy Parmigiano risotto. $32.

Seafood: Spigola Isolana

Chilean seabass filet baked with grape tomatoes, asparagus and thinly sliced potato, garlic and lemon butter. $39

Caffe Luna Rosa's popular Wine Dinners return on July 2 with another four course spectacular paired with appropriate wines, specifically selected by the restaurant, which has received the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine 15 years in a row. The pre-Independence Day Wine Dinner menu includes:

+ 1^st Course: Gnocchi Tricolore (roasted mushrooms, organic spinach and sun dried tomato pesto with potato gnocchi), paired with Leone de Castris Primitivo.

+ 2^nd Course: Local Watermelon Salad (imported feta cheese, pumpkin seeds and Pontana Farm arugula with Meyer lemon vinaigrette, paired with  Zenato Laguna.

+ 3^rd Course: Maine Lobster Stuffed Lemon Sole served with riso verde and beurre blanc sauce, and paired with Landmark Chardonnay.

+ 4^th Course: Warm Banana Bread Pudding (house made, served with fresh strawberries and crème Anglaise sauce), paired with Stella Moscato.
