Award Winning Artist Amy McAllister Nominated for 6 Awards in the 2019 Josie Music Awards

ST. GEORGE, Utah - June 21, 2019 - PRLog -- Amy McAllister is excited to announce her seven nominations in the 2019 Josie Music Awards.

She has been nominated in the following categories:

Gospel/Christian/Inspirational (Artist of The Year, Vocalist of The Year, and Entertainer of The Year), Song Of The Year – "You Don't Have To Walk On Water", Amy McAllister; Writers Amy McAllister and Corey Lee Barker, Female Video Of The Year "JMA Experience Of My Angel", Modern Country, and Female Rising Star Vocalist of The Year.

The Josie Music Awards is one of the largest independent awards shows. This year, the Josie Music Awards received over 23,000 submissions. The awards show will be held on September 21, 2019 at the DP Celebrity Dollywood Theater, in Pigeon Forge, TN.

Amy McAllister is a singer, songwriter and performer from St. George, Utah who was born to be a part of the Country Music Industry.  She travels to Nashville often for music and loves working in media and radio as well.  Amy has been nominated for numerous awards by both The Inspirational Country Music Association and The Josie Music Awards.  In 2018, Amy won the first ever JMA Inspirational Song of The Year Award for her hit song "My Angel and had the opportunity to perform her song on the main stage.

Given her dedication to paying it forward, Amy reaches out, making a difference worldwide, by supporting many philanthropic causes and charities.  She always says "yes" to her music supporting a cause.  Amy has opened for artists such as Jefferson Starship and Hall and Oates to help raise money for Autism Awareness.  She is honored to perform her song "Let Freedom Rock" at numerous events honoring Our Veterans, and her hit song 'Shoot for the Moon' has been the theme song used to honor military wives and children.  Amy also performed a tribute song for Dr Ralph Stanley on the Grand Ole Opry Stage.

Amy is scheduled to perform at "Love Fest" in Harrisburg Pennsylvania on July 20th.  This event is dedicated in honor and memory of Brother Noble Jack Jones is to benefit the Shriners Hospital For Children.

She is also a spokesmodel for a new cosmetic line called 'Confidently Ready,' by Josie Passantino.
