Tour Lennar's Tahoe Plan During the Utah Valley Parade of Homes

EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah - June 18, 2019 - PRLog -- Lennar is thrilled to be participating in the 2019 Utah Valley Parade of Homes™ which is put on every year by the Utah Valley Home Builders Association (UVHBA). From June 6–22, Lennar will compete against a variety of other new home designs from different homebuilders in the area.

Tickets are priced at $16 and attendees will vote to decide which homes and builders are awarded the 2019 People's Choice Award in the following categories: Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite, Best Floor Plan, Best Interior Design, Best Exterior Design, Best Landscaping & Outdoor Space, and Favorite Home.

Lennar Utah's Tahoe plan will be participating as #29 in the parade and is located at the Evans Ranch community in Eagle Mountain. Providing 2,578 square feet of living space, the Tahoe plan features four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a two-bay garage.

The Tahoe Parade Home will also showcase Lennar's signature Everything's Included® program, which outfits every new home they build with high-end features and upgrades at no additional cost. Notable features include stainless steel appliances, granite or quartz kitchen countertops, integrated home automation and Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ home designs.
