SALEM, Ore. - June 17, 2019 - PRLog -- State of the Oregon Real Estate Market

Nothing significant within the market that we can see.  Based on trends within the WVMLS, numbers of closed transactions pushed passed one-thousand, and should hold around this level until September; maybe even October if we are lucky.  Similarly, the RMLS has also surpassed the one-thousand mark as well with almost twice as many being listed. Even if nothing is particularly surprising, this is still an excellent opportunity for business as the market is doing well, interest rates are down, and people are more willing to engage with our industry.  Now is the time to get to business, and build that capital before winter.
