Of Accuhealth Technologies Llc, Stephen Samson, And Boby Deveros

MCALLEN, Texas - June 17, 2019 - PRLog -- Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. ("Reliq"), Accuhealth Technologies, LLC ("Accuhealth"), Stephen Samson ("Samson"), Boby Deveros ("Deveros"), and Shelby Neal ("Neal") entered into a Settlement Agreement to resolve and dismiss all claims, counterclaims, and causes of action asserted in Civil Action No. 4:19-cv-00040 in the United States District Court for Southern District of Texas Houston Division (the "Texas Action"). In furtherance of the Settlement, Samson and Deveros, individually and on behalf of Accuhealth, represented to Reliq that Neal was not involved in, and was not responsible or liable for any of the acts or causes of action asserted against her in the Texas Action. All claims and causes of action asserted against Neal, and the other Defendants in the Texas Action were dismissed by Reliq and released in the Settlement. Neal, and the other Defendants denied all fault and liability in the Texas Action. No payment was made to Reliq by Neal under the Settlement or to obtain the dismissal of all claims and causes of action asserted against her by Reliq in the lawsuit.
