FREE Practical Self-Defense Seminar

DURHAM, N.C. - June 14, 2019 - PRLog -- Tactical Kung Fu and MMA is holding a Free Self-Defense Seminar on Saturday afternoon, June 15 from 2 to 4. It is for all ages over 13. It will be taught by Sifu Mike. He has been in martial arts industry for over a decade. He holds 3 black belts in different arts and has taught over 4,500 hours. They say excellence requires 10,000 hours and he is almost there with just teaching. Topics covered will be what is statistically the greater threat and the illusion of control.

"You can't effectively defend yourself against something if you know what that something is." You need to know your enemy and that's why they say knowledge is power. It has been true for centuries. Sifu Mike is a martial arts educator, come learn.
