Texas says yes to hemp cultivation, processing, and products

DALLAS (June 12, 2019) – The emerging hemp industry in Texas had something to celebrate on Monday, June 10, when Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill No. 1325 ("Texas Hemp Legislation") into law, permitting the cultivation and processing of hemp-derived products, including CBD, in Texas.
