Cheshire recruitment agency celebrates Best Workplaces Award success

The company recently won the UK Award in the small business category for the second year running, and has just taken second place across the whole of Europe.

McCarthy Recruitment, which has its headquarters in Warrington, learned of its UK success last month during the awards presentation evening at London's Tobacco Dock hosted by comedian Rob Beckett. The win placed the company onto the European shortlist, with an invitation to attend the European awards ceremony in Stockholm's City Hall in Sweden on June 5^th alongside other European national winners.

McCarthy Recruitment was founded 14 years ago by Managing Director Kate McCarthy and initially focused on leadership and managerial recruitment in the retail sector. Since then, despite often challenging circumstances within the recruitment sector as a whole, the business continues to flourish.
