FOURMIDABLE Recognized on 'Affordable 100' List

FOURMIDABLE has been on the list for five years running, with last year's ranking being #116. In the past, they have won a spot on the ranking list due to their Low Income Tax Credit Development and Public Housing contracts.

This year, the firm is #113 on the NAHMA list, which is 3 places higher than last year.

The "Affordable 100" list ranks the largest affordable multifamily property management companies in the United States based on the total number of subsidized units managed. Each company must manage housing units that qualify for at least one of the following federal subsidies: HUD Project-based Assistance, Section 42 LIHTC, HOME funds, USDA Section 515, or Bonds.
